Stake Original Games in Australia – Plinko, Mines and Crash

Stake Originals are the in-house games built by Stake itself: Plinko, Mines, Crash, Dice, Limbo, Chicken, Dragon Tower and more. At Stake Australia they stand out for short rules, a published house edge of 1-2% and provably fair results that every player can check. Casino rakeback of 3.5% of the house edge applies to them too.

What Are Stake Originals

A Stake original is a game written by the operator rather than licensed from an outside studio. That has three practical effects. The rules are short: set a bet, choose one risk setting such as rows, mines or a cash-out target, and play. The house edge is published and small, mostly 1% or 2%. And every round runs on a provably fair system, so the result can be recalculated afterwards.

All Stake games in this range share one interface on desktop and in the Stake mobile app: Manual and Auto tabs, a bet field with 1/2 and 2x buttons, the game setting and a Bet button, with a Fairness button under the board. The best-known titles:

Game How it works RTP Top payout
Plinko ball drop through 8-16 rows of pins 99% 10,000x
Mines reveal gems on a 5×5 grid 99% 2,277x with 3 mines
Crash multiplayer rising multiplier 99% 1,000,000x
Dice roll of a virtual 100-sided die 99% 9,900x
Chicken cross a road lane by lane 98% 181,060.88x
Dragon Tower climb a tower row by row 98% five difficulty levels
Limbo pick a target multiplier – set by the player

The range also covers Keno, Hilo, Wheel, Pump and table games such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and Video Poker.

Stake Plinko

Stake Plinko drops a ball through a pyramid of 8 to 16 rows of pins into pots with multipliers. The edge pots pay the most and the centre pots the least. Four risk levels, Low, Medium, High and Expert, change how wide the spread is: on Expert with 16 rows the edge pot pays 10,000x, while the centre pots fall to 0.1x. The RTP stays 99% on every setting.

Rows Low Medium High Expert
8 5.6x 13x 29x 50x
12 10x 33x 170x 619x
16 16x 110x 1,000x 10,000x

The default board is Medium with 16 rows, where the pots run from 110x at the edges down to 0.3x in the middle. More rows and higher risk mean rarer but bigger hits. Plinko on Stake never changes its 1% house edge, whatever the settings, so the choice is only about how bumpy a session feels.

Stake Mines, Crash and Other Originals

Stake Mines

Stake Mines hides gems and between 1 and 24 mines on a 5×5 grid. Each gem raises the multiplier, the win can be cashed out at any time, and one mine ends the round. With 3 mines, five gems in a row pay 2.00x and clearing all 22 gems pays 2,277x. The RTP is 99%, so every step pays the fair odds minus 1%.

Stake Crash

In Stake Crash, a multiplier starts at 1.00x and climbs in a round shared by all players. Bets go in during a short window before the round, and each one is cashed out manually or by Auto Cashout before the crash; a bet still running at the crash is lost. The top multiplier is 1,000,000x at 99% RTP, and the chance of reaching a target is roughly 0.99 divided by that target, so 2.00x comes up about half the time.

The same lobby also has third-party crash-style games such as the popular plane game Avia Masters, where a plane has to land on a carrier.

Limbo, Dice and Chicken

Limbo works in reverse: the player sets a target multiplier and wins if the random result reaches it. Stake Dice rolls a virtual 100-sided die with a win chance the player picks, paying up to 9,900x. The Stake chicken game sends a bird across a road lane by lane, with a cash-out after every safe step, a 98% RTP and a top payout of 181,060.88x.

Provably Fair Games at Stake

Every Stake Original uses a provably fair system built on two inputs. The server seed is generated by Stake and shown only as a hash before play, which commits the operator to it. The client seed comes from the player and can be changed at any time. A nonce counts the bets made with each pair, so every round gets a fresh result.

  1. Open the Fairness button under the game to see the client seed, the hashed server seed and the bet count.
  2. Rotate the seed pair: the previous server seed is revealed.
  3. Hash the revealed seed and compare it with the hash shown before play.
  4. Recalculate a bet with the seeds and the nonce in Stake’s verification tool or an independent checker.

This is also why Mines or Crash “predictors” sold as apps or Telegram bots cannot work: the server seed stays hidden until the round is over. Provable fairness proves a result was not changed after the bet; it does not remove the house edge.

How to Start with Stake Originals

Rakeback applies to Originals as well: with the welcome offer, $1,000 wagered on a 1% house edge game such as Plinko returns $0.35. These four steps lead to the first round.

1

Register

Sign up with email, username and password or via Kick, and enter the referral code within 24 hours to activate 3.5% rakeback.

2

Deposit

Fund the balance with crypto. The minimum bet in Originals is tiny, the equivalent of $0.0001, so a small deposit is enough to learn the games.

3

Pick a game

Open Originals in the casino menu and choose a game and its risk setting: rows in Plinko, mines in Mines, a target in Crash or Limbo.

4

Place a bet

Play manually or switch to Auto mode, setting a stop-on-loss limit before the first automatic round.

FAQ

What are Stake Originals?

They are in-house games made by the operator: Plinko, Mines, Crash, Dice, Limbo, Chicken, Dragon Tower, Keno, Hilo, table games and more, all with a published house edge and provably fair results.

Are these games provably fair?

Yes. Each result comes from a hashed server seed, a client seed and a nonce, and past rounds can be recalculated after the seed pair is rotated.

What is the RTP of Plinko and Mines?

Both run at 99% RTP, which equals a 1% house edge. Chicken and Dragon Tower run at 98%.

What is the highest multiplier in Crash?

Crash can reach 1,000,000x. The chance of hitting a given target is roughly 0.99 divided by that target.

Does rakeback apply to in-house games?

Yes. Casino rakeback is 3.5% of the house edge and covers the in-house games as well as slots and live tables.

Do Mines or Crash predictors work?

No. The server seed that decides each round stays hidden until it is rotated, so no app, bot or AI tool can see the next result.
